Bad Cat Lil' 15 Head and S112 Cab

The Lil' 15 (1449.00) is tiny !!! 15 watts of channel switching, duel EL-84 power! Channel one is similar to the Bad cat clean sound you have become familiar with in amplifiers such as the Cub II and the Black Cat. Channel two is a whole new breed of cat! Simply put, channel two of the Lil' 15 will blow you away. You will not believe how ferocious this Cat is, regardless of it's tiny size!
We started with our 15 watt, hand wound power and output transformers and made the amp as small as we could around the transformers, with the transformers taking up the whole height of the cabinet. This point-to-point design is in a class by itself!

This little amp packs a big punch. I bought the white Ostrich skin version of both the amp and S112 cab. I cannot find any specs on the Lil 15 or the S112 cab from Bad Cat. The cab has a custom voiced 12' Celestron but that is about all the info I can find on it. I wish I had a manual for the amp and cab to give some info on it but...
Warning... Here comes a Rob Rant!
The place I bought the matched set from must have had it on display. it did not come in the original boxes, no paperwork (manual or waranty) and the foot-switch was all beat to hell. No where in the ad did it say it was a floor model or used. The amp and cab had some scuff marks but cleaned up OK. Nothing major so i did not bother bitching about it.
I did email the retailer about the paperwork and was told they would send the waranty registration but they never did... I was a bit disapointed with this vendor and I won't be buying from them again. I should have pressed these issues but I tend to choose my battles and somethings are not worth the time. Overall I am happy with the amp / cab.
